Every roof is different. We inspect its condition before deciding on the cleaning method. Roof pitch, painted surfaces and solar panels all need to be considered when planning access and the work. On our Walkerston job, the checks included roof sheets, screws, flashings, skylights and gutters.

Clean and treat the surface

The cleaning approach depends on the roof and the growth present. On the painted roof in Eimeo, treatment was applied to break down mould and organic growth before removal. On the Walkerston Colorbond roof, the work included removing the build-up, rinsing the roof and applying a mould treatment intended to slow regrowth.
